Health Information Tech Program

Students who complete the AAS in Health Information Technology are eligible to take American Health. Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) exam from the Information Management Association (AHIMA).
As a medical coder and biller you play a key role in liaising with healthcare providers, patients and insurance companies. Students who complete the Medical Insurance Coder/Actuary Certificate will be prepared to take the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) Certified Coding Associate (CCA) exam.
