X-Culture is a marketing project where students from all over the world join virtual global teams to conduct business analysis, develop strategies for the business to improve profitability, gain sponsors, and win new markets in other countries. The project consists of a 25-page report with three sections: market analysis (analysis of the industry and competition, competitors and SWOT analysis of the company), marketing (channels and promotional materials) and prices and distribution (proposals for alliances and growth proposals). , benefits and new markets). Student teams were presented with a request for proposal (RFP) that outlined a real organizational challenge. Andrea and her peer institution teammates created a selection protocol with request parameters for Amazon. They were given three days to submit an RFP and an oral presentation, which was delivered virtually on the last day to a panel of judges that included experts in IO psychology and related fields from PTCMW and Amazon.
