Online Shopping Trends Reveal Best Days And Times To Email Customers
In general, people tend to open email in the morning, peaking around 10am and 11am local time. In the US and Canada, most people tend to open email in the morning and as the day goes on, the paths gradually open. In Europe, openings look more consistent during regular business hours with a slight dip at midday, followed by a second peak, then a rebound at the end of the day.
In the United States, the most popular reading time for email is in the morning. Openings begin around 6am and continue to increase until peaking at 10am. About 7.4% of all openings occur between 10am and 11am, and 21.2% of all openings occur between 9am and noon local time.
