Fearless String Grant Contest In partnership with MasterCard, the Fearless Foundation seeks to empower fearless Black women entrepreneurs who are role models in their communities. Eleven small businesses across the country will receive a $10,000 grant, digital tools and one-on-one mentoring to grow their business. 2. The number of HerRise MicroGrant Black female founders is increasing, so the amount of funding they receive should also increase. Each month, the digital community platform awards $500 to a small business owned by a woman of color. HerRise works with corporations, foundations and funders to provide financial assistance to women. Recipients use the grants to purchase computers, marketing materials, equipment and more. 3. San Francisco Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund This fund is for female founders who live in the “City of Gold”. The Women’s Entrepreneurship Foundation of San Francisco offers mini-grants of up to $5,000. The money will help women develop their businesses and strengthen their networks. 9. AT&T Black Future Maker AT&T wants to celebrate the stories of black future makers in a unique way. A telecommunications company is looking for visionaries who want to help others. Applicants must submit a video or photo on their Instagram feed explaining their goals. They stand a chance to win $10,000 in cash, a device with AT&T 5G, a Black Future Maker feature on Dream in Black, and an exclusive merchandise collection. The program selects winners every month until the end of the year. 10. Kinetic Black Business Support Fund Kinetic Business believes that small businesses are the heartbeat of a community. The company provides financial assistance to black-owned businesses in many cities. Business owners in Georgia, Charlotte, North Carolina or Lexington, Kentucky are eligible to apply. They have the opportunity to receive free internet for a year, a grant of up to $2,500 and free business consulting to improve their business. Award recipients will receive funding on a first-come, first-served basis. 11. FedEx Opportunity Knocks Small Business Grant In addition to delivering on-time shipments, FedEx hosts the Small Business Grant Contest and awards new small businesses with the capital they need to support their businesses. X BACARDI is working together to provide specific support to black-owned businesses in the alcohol service, retail and hospitality industries. In support of B.A.R. has awarded more than $350,000 in acceleration grants, education, support and business solutions to black-owned bars, restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, liquor stores and small businesses to apply for a liquor license.

BeyGOOD is on a mission to spread hope. The goal is to provide a lifeline for small businesses at the heart of a dual pandemic. is partnering with BeyGOOD to expand economic opportunity with $10,000 in grants throughout 2020. Amazon’s new Black Business Accelerator provides access to capital, business management, mentoring and marketing support to help Black businesses succeed as sellers on Amazon stores.

Amazon has launched the Black Business Accelerator (BBA) to help build sustainable equity and growth for black businesses.
