If you are outside the Artesanos shipping area, you will be shipped by a carrier (Saia, Estes, ABF, Metropolitan, or similar) that cannot ship from UPS Ground. Most furniture orders will be shipped to you directly from the warehouse. It can take up to 10 business days to work through their shipping lines, provide transit, and get out the door. We offer two different levels of service to our non-local customers.
Curbside Standard Shipping: (Free on orders of $99.00 or $1500+) Since most furniture is bulky with minimum shipping, our best option is to get it to you via regular shipping. This is the fastest shipping option and delivery times usually range from 2-15 business days depending on your location. Our standard shipping option is considered a “partial” service. It will cover delivery to your yard or the end of your driveway. It will not include service to your home or apartment, delivery before or after regular business hours or delivery on weekends. We ask that our couriers make an appointment (usually 2-4 hours) with our customers, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Once your shipment is in transit and on its way, you will receive an email with detailed shipping and tracking information and instructions. Although Artesanos contracts with the carriers we use, we have no control over delivery times and do not guarantee delivery dates unless we make arrangements directly with an Artesanos representative before you order. Delivery times and delivery schedules are not fixed and may change for many reasons… including but not limited to weather, labor shortages, mechanical problems and other unforeseen circumstances. Orders canceled after delivery will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees.
All of our items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Those things must be used in new situations. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to cancellations or returns of copper tables, metal substrates or other custom, custom or “special disease” items.
