X-Culture is a marketing project where students from all over the world join virtual global teams to analyze a company, develop strategies for the company to improve profitability, win sponsors and corner new markets in other countries. The project consists of a 25-page report with three sections: market analysis (industry and competition analysis, competitors and a SWOT analysis of the company), marketing (promotional channels and materials), and price and distribution (proposed partnerships and suggestions for growth. , profits, and turning new markets).
