Master Degree In Organizational Development – The Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership (MSODL) is an accelerated organizational development graduate program designed to enhance each student’s understanding of the fundamental practices of organizational development while enabling the acquisition of the analytical skills necessary to lead others. .

The MSODL program offers convenient design and delivery formats for working professionals seeking the opportunity to complete a fully graduate organizational development and leadership program by taking two courses per 8-week session over 5 sessions.
