Featuring the Outer Banks’ largest single folding glass door system, this unique 5,000-square-foot retreat combines SAGA Construction’s award-winning design with contemporary features.

As you make your grand entrance to the property, you will be amazed by the luxurious views before you. This level provides the perfect balance of fun, relaxation and adventure. The game room has a flat screen TV, pool table, lootball and arcade plus a Shuffleboard table. There is a commercial ice maker with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and full sink. The private theater includes indoor seating as well as a back bar with additional seating. Not only does the theater have electrical, audio/visual and lighting equipment from a nationally recognized and well-received company, but the entire building is designed to have the latest and greatest tools that are easy to use even if you’re not tech savvy. . knowledge.
