Located in the charming and highly desirable Wheelhead neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, “Five Sons” is a beautiful oceanfront home that offers great amenities for everyone in your group! The top floor has a great great room with incredible ocean views, hardwood floors, sectional sofas and plenty of space for everyone in the family. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay, including a “kitchen-kitchen”, a bar for parties, and a large traditional table for your big gatherings. The kitchen is appointed with small appliances and kitchen tools. The upper floor has two king master bedrooms with spectacular views. The middle level includes six king master bedrooms, a master bedroom with two double beds for maximum guest flexibility, and an entertaining master bedroom with a set of bunk beds and two double beds. Outside it has a large pool with a popular wet deck, a full bar with refrigerator and TV and sound system, ping pong and other games, a large shaded area, fire pit, gas grill and walkway to the gazebo. . Before the arrival of the guests, the house will be cleaned by a dedicated house ambassador. An ambassador will greet guests upon arrival and show the features of the house and answer any questions.

“This is an amazing and beautiful house near the beach with incredibly easy access. Except for the sand on the bottom steps we were there from 5-22 to 5-29. We were told that they were not allowed . They removed it without permission, but we managed to get through.”
So glad you had a great time and enjoyed the bar and outdoor seating/sofas! We do the same when we are here! Yes, we have the same experience with stones and steps and are trying to get permission to make beach stairs this fall! However, we know that more trunks are a good thing when we go to the beach! The Lockbox entry means that guests can check into the house remotely, without having to come to the office, but access to the house is with a physical key. Guests will receive a key code when the home is ready for check-in. This key code is used to open the lock box at home. Inside the lock is a key, which is used for the duration of the stay and must be returned after checkout.
The condition of shorelines, dams, and piers changes rapidly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the home facilities, but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unpredictable changes in the coast.
Special events are allowed at this vacation home. If you plan to host an event, a special event fee may be added to your reservation. The cost of the special event fee can be found in the description of the house. Event fees cover additional costs associated with hosting large groups.
