As you make your grand entrance to the ground level, you will be amazed by the luxurious views before you. This level provides the perfect balance of entertainment, relaxation and fun. The entertainment lounge includes a flat screen TV, pool table, foosball and arcade games along with a shuffleboard table. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and commercial ice maker with a full sink. The private home theater features tiered seating as well as a rear bar with additional seating. Not only does the theater room feature electronics, audio/visual and lighting from a nationally recognized and award winning company, but the entire home is designed to have the latest and greatest technology that convenient to use even if you have no experience with technology. . You will also find a king master suite and a master bedroom with two twins that can be converted to a king. Laundry facilities include one full-size stackable washer and dryer unit and one full-size side-by-side set. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor and is easily accessible from the pool area. Speaking of your private pool, this pool has it all! There is also a wet bar including a drinks fridge. A half bath is just off the kitchen. You will also find a beautiful octagonal sitting area on the sound side with a game table for puzzles, playing cards, enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Sleeping accommodation on this floor includes one king master suite with a custom tiled walk-in shower (with two adjustable rain head shower sets) and dual sink vanities. King’s set includes a sunset. Parking for 6 cars.

The home is designed to be disabled friendly, but not necessarily adapted. The home has a wheelchair lift, ramp and access to the pool area at the front of the home. Please note that not all rooms or areas of the home will be wheelchair accessible. The home is located near public beach access with a handicap accessible beach ramp that is managed by the City of Nags Head and is subject to change.
