Jameson holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. The award is given to graduates who demonstrate outstanding skills as speakers and a high sense of responsibility to the public.

As an award winner, she was the only graduate who was invited to give a speech during the start of the exercise at Tufts.
Jameson is also one of 124 students to be admitted to the Honos Civicus Society, recognizing Tufts as an academic and civic leader. She is the only undergraduate engineering student to attend this year.
She spent the summer outside Kibale National Park in Uganda researching conservation and said she looked forward to continuing to use engineering as a tool for social justice.
About 7,700 students graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison at the beginning of May, including four from Greenwich.

Three students from Greenwich were among 477 students who graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in May.
Suzy Ryckman of Riverside graduated with a degree in Economics and Mathematics. Ryckman also received the Bates Senior Scholar Award, which honors graduates who have participated in varsity for four years and maintain an average score of 3.5 or higher.
He graduated after the spring semester with a bachelor of science degree in professional writing. Harvey was also named to Dean’s List for achieving an average score of 3.5 or higher for the spring semester.

Mark Bourgeois of Old Greenwich at the College of Arts and Sciences has been named to the Dean’s Academic Honors List for the Spring Semester at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Honorary students must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.70.
Ana Pettinicchi of Greenwich and Nery Lopez of Greenwich have been named to the summer dean list at the University of Southern New Hampshire in Manchester, N.H. Students must earn a minimum grade point average of 3,500 to 3,699 for the reporting period.
Two local students at Emerson College in Boston have been named to Dean’s List for the spring semester, requiring a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for the semester. Honorary student is Diana Bravo of Old Greenwich, a journalism major and a member of the 2022 class; And Ramsey Frank of Greenwich, who specializes in media production art and are members of the 2024 class.
Alexandria Bocca of Greenwich is nominated for president at Champlain College in Burlington, Vt. For the spring semester for achieving an average score of 4.0 or higher.

Engineering instruction began at Tufts College in the 1865-1866 academic year with the introduction of a three-year degree program in civil engineering.
Studts in this program received a degree in Civil Engineering. In 1890 the Department of Electrical Engineering was established and in the academic year 1892-1893 the course was extended to four years.
With a four-year advt program, the degree obtained is a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Tufts College added the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Chemical Engineering in 1894 and 1898, respectively.
In 1898, officials voted to form the Faculty of Engineering, with Gardner C. Anthony as the first dean.
