Uc Davis Computer Science Major – The UC Davis Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) is a written agreement that guarantees admission to a specific major at any California Community College (CCC) at UC Davis.

Effective for Fall 2022 applicants: All majors in the College of Letters and Sciences except computer science and data science are open to TAG. All students who are interested in applying in the field of Computer Science.

Some majors are considered elective and have additional requirements for all applicants. TAG requirements may exceed these elective major course requirements—the elective major and TAG requirements must be met. You must complete the elective major course requirements specified at the end of the spring term before transferring. You must achieve and maintain the minimum GPA required for the course in the group or series being completed at the time of application.

All coursework, including international coursework, must be reported on the TAG and UC applications, regardless of whether it is considered transferable or if the student is not earning credit.
